Our SERVPRO is growing, and adding production space improves project outcomes
Owners of SERVPRO of Evergreen Park / South Chicago and six other Chicagoland SERVPRO franchises announce the purchase of a hard-to-find industrial property within the Chicago city limits and near Midway Airport for much-needed expansion. This 61,000-square-foot hub will support operations at their seven satellite Chicagoland locations, including two in the downtown area. The annex will provide space for their large equipment inventory and storage of customer contents, as well as production areas for contents restoration. According to Pat Zubricki, co-owner, “As Official Licensed Downtown Chicago Operators, we have a large equipment inventory on-hand to support multiple large commercial projects. We are also regularly travelling to assist with the recovery efforts at storm events around the US, so our fleet of trucks and equipment has continued to grow”.
Pat owns SERVPRO of Evergreen Park / South Chicago with her husband Frank. She emphasizes the purchase was essential., “Our business has tripled in size in the last four years, and we are bursting at the seams. We will be more efficient and have the space to continue to expand for at least several years.”
