Plumbing mishaps like burst pipes usually leave a big mess. The heater heats cleaning and rinsing solutions, making them more soluble so they can penetrate surfaces more easily. The pump generates pressure to spray cleaning solutions through the wand onto the carpet or fabric. The pressure of the solutions agitates the surface being cleaned. The vacuum removes moisture and soils from the surface and collects it in the waste recovery tank.
