Large Loss Event

The uniformed group of over 70 technicians and other personnel assembled from Team Zubricki franchises from Chicago and Florida. Many team members flew in to participate. This training program broke down a Large Loss project from the previous year to better qualify and quantify our efforts in the field.

The scope of a Large Loss project entails careful planning and execution. This training taught our team how to approach the initiative from start to finish. The various slides show the efforts of our employees. The exterior slides depict the group reinforcing their training in the use of heavy equipment and general staging procedures. The ERP Emergency READY Profile Plan is presented as a valuable tool to help commercial entities prevent or mitigate Large Loss situations.

Team Zubricki bonded, coming from different geographic areas, into a force well-suited for comprehensive and efficient cleanup and restoration of large commercial projects. Owners Patricia and Frank Zubricki, and family members, are hands-on to provide our technicians with the skills, equipment, and accolades as we expand our SERVPRO brand's reputation as the go-to franchise for returning enterprises to functionality.

We give special recognition to the five "Top Guns" in white coats for their dedication and sacrifices working through holidays and weekends in remote areas to help others in their time of need. Team Zubricki ownership acknowledges that we are only as good as our members and plan to recognize technicians and other personnel for service above and beyond.

We gathered for meetings, meals, and friendship for several days throughout this important training experience. Topping off the Large Loss Training Event, we enjoyed a final dinner that offered Chicago Pizza. SERVPRO goes to great lengths in our commitment to providing superior restoration services.
