Small Commercial Office Has a Water Problem

When a water line has a pinhole leak, over the weekend it can cause problems. This small Evergreen Park Office suffered water damage, but fortunately, tiles prevented a large cleanup and dry out process. We moved the office furniture around to limit exposure to the pooling water even as we vacuumed and began the drying out. By using a heavy duty dehumidifier and a number of air movers we arrested the spreading of moisture and mitigated the secondary damage to the office furnishings, equipment, and supplies.
